This session was so much fun. Lifestyle photography is really great because it’s all about being “you.” This couple made my job easy! They completely settled into their comfort zone of just being with each other, and we had a really nice time walking up and down the Asbury Park boardwalk capturing some beautiful moments. Maternity sessions are so romantic, it *almost* makes me want to get into wedding photography!

This was my first time in Asbury Park since I was a kid. It was so great to see the progress they’ve been making with renovating the boardwalk! It has such amazing character like nothing else I’ve ever seen at the Jersey Shore. The old historic buildings at the “vintage/abandoned” end of the boardwalk were just amazing to see, I felt like I was walking through some sort of ghost town, but it was a photographer’s dream!
We were freezing, but “A” and “M” were definitely troopers and we walked up and down the boardwalk for about an hour! Here is a sneak peek…more to come soon!
It was such a pleasure meeting this sweet couple. They are in the homestretch now and are just waiting for their little girl to make her arrival. I can’t wait to meet her as well! “A” & “C”, enjoy your sneak-peek, and enjoy your last few weeks as “just the two of you!”

As far as Gigglebug Photography goes, I’m hoping this will be the year that birth photography really soars in popularity.
